The pre-marital retreat program is needed for every couple, offering a combination of spiritual care for the production of your genealogy documentation, education, and a practical preparation plan to prepare you to launch into your marital destiny.

The BMU Retreat is designed exclusively for married or engaged couples consisting of one man and one woman. While open to all couples regardless of faith or background, we kindly note that accommodations are only available for male-female partnerships.
Media Release
Participants acknowledge that BMU may capture and utilize images/videos from the retreat for archival, promotional, or publicity purposes.
Data Privacy:
We prioritize your privacy. All data collected is securely stored and used solely for retreat coordination
Non-Medical Services Clause

All materials, systems, methodologies, training content, documents, and proprietary information disclosed by the Disclosing Party, whether in written, digital, or verbal form, shall be considered confidential ("Confidential Information").

To preserve the sacred and confidential nature of this retreat, all participants must adhere to the following:

All personal devices must be powered off and stored during sessions.
Emergency exceptions: Notify staff to use devices in designated areas only.
Recording Ban:
No audio/video recording, live-streaming, or screenshots are permitted.
Retreat materials may not be replicated.
Consequences for Violations
We are committed to protecting sensitive information. We reserve the right to terminate the retreat.
Obligations of receiving party
The Receiving Party agrees to:
(a) Maintain strict confidentiality of all disclosed information.
(b) Use Confidential Information only for the intended purpose as authorized by the Disclosing Party.
(c) Not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any materials without express written consent.
(d) Implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property, including but not limited to:
(a) Strategic Insights
(b) Prophetic Intelligence
(c) Wise Counsel
(d) Training programs
(e) Course materials
(f) Leadership frameworks
Branding and content remain the exclusive property of Ebenezer Gabriels. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly stated in writing.
Right to Cease Dissemination
The Disclosing Party reserves the exclusive right to immediately terminate the sharing of any Confidential Information if the Receiving Party:
(a) Uses information in unauthorized ways
(b) Manipulates or alters materials for unintended purposes
(c) Shares content with unapproved third parties
(d) Violates any terms of this Agreement
(e) Recall all distributed materials
LIABILITY WAIVER
Acknowledgment of Risks
The Receiving Party understands and agrees that:
(a) Leadership training requires extended hours of intensive mental and physical engagement
(b) Retreat activities may include extended sessions, outdoor events, and high-engagement exercises
Release of Liability
The Receiving Party hereby releases Ebenezer Gabriels and its affiliates from all claims including
(a) Physical or mental fatigue from program demands
(b) Personal injury
(c) Emotional or psychological impacts of training content
(d) Information Sharing
Participant Responsibilities
Participants agree to:
(a) Monitor their health and limitations
(b) Disclose any medical conditions requiring accommodation
(c) Cease participation if experiencing undue stress
Post-Retreat Spiritual Advising Agreement
By participating in this retreat, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding marriage insights, education, and intelligence delivery services: BMU is limited exclusively to the duration of the retreat.
Authorization Clause
"I acknowledge and agree that any advising, strategic guidance, or ministry alignment provided during this retreat: Services conclude upon retreat completion unless a separate agreement is executed.
Retreat participation Excludes
(a) Wedding Ceremony (attracts extra cost)
(b) Marriage supplies
(c) Marriage Hardware
(d) Educational Content and Training Modules
Post-Retreat Engagement
All advising services automatically conclude upon the retreat's completion. For future advising, education or intelligence delivery service, a new, separate engagement must be: formally requested in writing, mutually agreed upon, and governed by a signed program agreement.
